We recognize the valuable contributions of its grantees to make a positive impact on our community. Effective communication and accountability are considered essential for maintaining the efficacy and impact of the Foundation's grantmaking initiatives.

Ongoing Communication

Please notify the Foundation if:

Your tax-exempt status has changed.
You would like to reallocate funds within your approved grant budget.
You have unused grant funds at the end of your grant period (the time between payment of your grant and your reporting deadline).
Team building, volunteer and charity as group for hands together, nonprofit project or community service. People, happiness and huddle as collaboration, outdoor and program for help, donations.

Reporting

We value your partnership in making a difference in our community. Grant reporting is an important part of this partnership and helps us share your progress with our Board. A final report is due when the project is complete, as detailed in your grant letter. For multi-year projects, we require annual updates. Before considering new requests, we ask that you submit a report on your most recent grant. Your report should include:

Executive Summary:

Briefly summarize the project's goals, key achievements, challenges, and overall impact during this reporting period. Highlight the most significant accomplishments.

Project Goals & Objectives:

Summarize the initial goals and objectives. Detail any approved changes and the reasons behind them.

Activities & Accomplishments:

 Describe the activities and progress made during the reporting period. Use data, metrics, and stories to quantify achievements and illustrate progress.

Challenges & Lessons Learned:

Share insights gained from challenges encountered, obstacles overcome, and lessons learned. Detail how these challenges were addressed and any resulting adjustments to the project.

Supporting Materials:

Include any supporting materials that enhance the report, such as photos, videos, publications, articles, testimonials, or evaluation reports.

Expenditure Report:

Provide a detailed breakdown of how the grant funds were spent during the reporting period. Ensure the expenses align with the approved budget. Include clear categories and explanations for any significant variances.

Appendices (if applicable):

Challenges & Lessons Learned:

Share insights gained from challenges encountered, obstacles overcome, and lessons learned. Detail how these challenges were addressed and any resulting adjustments to the project.

Staffing Information:

Briefly describe the staff involved in the project and their roles.

Partnerships:

Acknowledge any partner organizations or individuals who contributed to the project's success.
